Clinton Avenue: Alpha Community Services and the CCCYMCA currently own four buildings in Bridgeport, CT that serves low-income families.  There are 6 units in each of the four buildings.  Plans are to renovate these 24 units and convert them into permanent supportive housing.  A development team is in place and we will submit an application for funding under the CHFA Next Step Initiative in 2007.  ACS will be the supportive services provider for this project.  We anticipate occupancy in December, 2008.
