E & N Developers: Fairfield 08 is negotiating the lease-up of a 20-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development on the east side of Bridgeport that is owned by E & N Developers. Social services will be provided by Alpha Community Services. We anticipate occupancy in the summer of 2007.
